The Doors

Director - Oliver Stone

Genre - Drama/History/Music

Watching this movie, we are transported momentarily into the 60's. It's an extravagantly chaotic ride with the ultimate hippie of that era who once said "I'm a Lizard King and I can do anything". Jim Morrison and Oliver Stone's often excessive style works beautifully here. Val Kilmer is perfect as Jim. At times, shots of Jim on stage feels so real and euphoric it's as if we're in the concert itself.

Yeah, this is a good one. Val Kilmar didn't just act like Morrison, he even looked like Morrison. A very passionately directed movie.

If I were to ask you to recommend your two favourite Kim Ki-Duk movies to me, which two would you recommend?
'Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter...and Spring' and 'The Bow'. Tell us how you think bro.
